The "Lakes & Forests" Leisure Route takes you in four days from Couvet to Geneva through various valleys to discover traditional crafts. Your journey starts in the Val-de-Travers, whose famous absinthe is exported all the way to the trendy bars of New York. From there, you spend a night in Ste-Croix where you can dive into a wonderful mysterious world at the museum of music boxes and automatons. You then arrive in the Vallée de Joux - in the heart of the Jura Vaudois Nature Park - where many watch brands still have their workshops and where cheese is still made in a traditional way. You spend one more night in the wine region of La Côte before reaching Geneva, the international capital of fine watchmaking.
